European governments are facing critical decisions on agriculture, food, climate and environment. Science-based policy advice is in high demand, but varies across Europe. The aim of the first trans-European seminar in this area is to facilitate the exchange of experiences, challenges and best practices as to provide science-based policy advice.

The European Commission is organising, together with Slovakia as hosting country, the 15th European Nuclear Energy Forum (ENEF) in Bratislava.
The forum will be an occasion for broad discussion among all stakeholders on the opportunities and risks of nuclear energy. The topics will be chosen in a way to allow discussions linked to the energy challenges faced by the EU Member States.
The Citizens' Energy Forum was established in 2008, and meets annually to explore consumers' perspective and role in the EU energy market towards achieving the clean energy transition. It directly feeds into the work of the European Commission in the energy and consumer policy areas. As last year, the event is being organised by the European Commission in collaboration with the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU), Ireland’s independent energy and water regulator.
The annual Energy Infrastructure Forum is organised by the European Commission and gathers representatives of the EU institutions, transmission system operators, project promoters, regulators, energy companies, NGOs and civil society and the financing community who meet to discuss the challenges of developing Europe’s energy infrastructure and building an internal energy market.
Lazio Innova, as partner of the Enterprise Europe Network, is organising, together with Innovhub-SSI, Assobiotec - the Italian Association for the development of biotechnology - and Regione Lazio the 10th edition of IFIB - International Forum on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioeconomy - aimed at strengthening the bioeconomy network in the Euro-Mediterranean area and to promote partnerships. The focus of the Forum is biotechnology, as a provider of new resources for industries.
