Info on SWAFS - The aim of the programme is to build effective cooperation between science and society, to recruit new talent for science and to pair scientific excellence with social awareness and responsibility.
This section provides access to Research Infrastructures that have been funded by the European Commission through Horizon 2020 and 7th Framework Programme for Research. Browse the projects per scientific domain, type of project, and/ or Coordinator’s country.
This section provides access to transnational access opportunities by I3 projects, e-infrastructures and other projects offering access opportunities, e.g. ESFRI projects. The data is being revised throughout the project, aiming to offer the most up-to-date information on the opportunities offered through the existing infrastructures of pan-European interest.
This section provides information about Research Infrastructures in Europe of more-than-national relevance across all scientific domains. Data are supplied by the MERIL Portal, where more detailed information on each Research Infrastructure can also be found.
BioHorizon provides all accredited SC2 or KET-B NCPs with access to the project’s internal exchange platform.

This workshop looked at best practices of how Project Officers should engage with NCPs to assist potential Horizon 2020 clients, and how the information should flow back to potential applicants. (8 ppt presentations: best practices)
The main aim of this training was to:
“Is it possible to measure in a sound and impartial way efforts of NCP experts and set common Key Performance Indicators to compare these efforts across different NCP systems?“
The workshop encouraged good practice exchange and WP3 partners shared and discussed the findings about NCP systems. Partners of NCP Academy were supported during the event with professional support of an external expert on KPIs. (5 ppt presentations)
